To ICE science and technology workers, 

　　内燃机是交通运输、工程机械、农业机械、渔业船舶、国防装备的主导动力设备，内燃机工业是重要的基础产业。内燃机的可靠性直接影响着配套装备的性能和使用寿命，深刻影响着我国内燃机行业及相关行业的可持续、高质量发展。为此，内燃机可靠性国家重点实验室联合中国内燃机学会、中国内燃机工业协会、内燃机可靠性国际技术创新联盟、山东内燃机学会及中国内燃机工业协会内燃机排放后处理专业委员会，定于2020年10月30日-11月2日在山东济南召开“第九届内燃机可靠性技术国际研讨会”，邀请国内外行业专家、学者，共同围绕内燃机可靠性技术展开深入交流和广泛研讨。现将会议有关事项通知如下： 

　　ICE (internal combustion engine) is the leading power equipment for transportation, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, fishery ships and national defense equipment. ICE industry is an important basic industry. The reliability of ICE has immediate impact on the performance and service life of auxiliary equipment, and profound influence on the sustainable and high-quality development of ICE industry and related industries in China. For this purpose, State Key Laboratory of Engine Reliability, in cooperation with Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines, China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, International Technology Innovation Alliance for ICE Reliability, Shandong Society for Internal Combustion Engines and CICEIA Internal Combustion Engine Exhaust After-treatment Committee, decides to hold the 9^th International Conference of ICE Reliability Technology in Jinan, Shandong during the period from October 30 to November 2, 2020, when domestic and foreign industry experts and scholars will be invited to conduct in-depth exchanges and extensive discussions on the reliability technology of ICE. Notice of matters concerning this Conference is hereby provided as follows:

　　Conference expenses 

　　1500元/人，学生代表免收会议费。 

　　RMB 1,500 for each person; free of charge for student representatives. 

　　请参会代表于2020年10月27日前完成会议注册（含会议费缴纳），并于报到时向会务组索取发票；如特殊情况，可线上注册现场缴纳会议费。 

　　Representatives participating in the Conference shall complete the conference registration (including the payment of the conference expenses) prior to October 27, 2020, and ask for the invoices from the Conference Affairs Team at the time of registration on site. In case of any special circumstance, the participant may go through the registration online and pay the conference expenses on site.

　　为便于会议组织，2020年9月30日前完成注册并缴费的，享受会议费九折优惠。 

　　In order to facilitate the organization for the Conference, those who complete the registration and payment before September 30, 2020 will enjoy 10% discount of the conference expenses.

　　参会代表住宿及往返交通费用自理。如需享受协议价入住会议酒店，请在注册时填写房型及数量。房型选择为意向选择，房间分配及住宿费收缴归属酒店负责，参会代表凭注册确认函办理入住，部分房型数量有限，先到先得。 

　　The accommodation and round-trip transportation costs will be borne by participants themselves. Please fill in the room type and quantity at the time of registration, if you want to stay in the hotel of Conference at the negotiated price. The room type selection merely expresses a choice of intention, and the allocation of room and collection of payment for accommodation will be in the charge of the hotel. Participants may check in with the registration confirmation letter and certain rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
